Gluing mdf tongue and groove board onto tiles

Hi, I want to glue tongue and groove mdf panels (from Travis Perkins) onto tiles. What's the best way to do this? Any help much appreciated!

I would use the solvent based Gripfill

Alternatively, expanding foam
