Hi Guys,
I am just planning the pouring of about 7m3 to form the 150mm thick floor of my garage/workshop. The foundations are in and I have compacted the mot layer so it's ready for the sand and DPM just before the pouring date, when the risk of frost passes! Access dictates pumping the concrete in from the front of the house to the site at the rear so that's down to the lads with the pump.
I am thinking I need a couple of Labourers to help me spread and level the concrete on the day so I'm wondering what the going rate is? I have never hired anyone in so far, so have no idea what ballpark rate I should be paying.
