Golden Rain

Hi
I have a Golden Rain Tree, the one that produces yellow flowers in late spring I dont know the correct name of it, but i have noticed that something has eaten all the upper leaves
Can anyone assist with some advice ?

Caterpillars of some sort I would have thought,best climb up and have a look.
