This was supposed to have been done by a 'Professional'!

Can you spot the mistakes?

Writing says, "Light wired to BLUE phase"

Top left is 'incomer', top right feeds 250v industrial socket in an office, bottom left feeds lathe behind wall at right, bottom centre feeds socket on left, bottom right feeds welding set behind wall on right.

Safe enough isn't it?

For starters you have a mix of old and new colours without the alphanumericals, blue from harmonized cable on top pic (should be neutral?), small brown wire - is it adequately protected? Fed from live side (pre fuses) on isolator. Poor termination of conductors.
Was the whole new feed put in just for a lamp??? May as well have used a small 415-24v transformer.
CPC cut back on 2nd pic, grey used as earth - not sure if that is a reg tho. Tape used.
Whats the brown wire on the bottom pic?
Looks a bit bodged to me!

Should point out bottom pic is a seperate isolator from the top one.
'Flying' lead was used as earth to something that isn't there anymore.

Yes, blue should be neutral and black should be phase. They have reversed them.
Small brown wire is fed from incomer side so no protection at all. It is a feed for a flourescent light in the same room. (Compressor house).
The isolator and everything with it was installed after the compressor was re-sited in this room so all done at the same time. Certainly are poor terminations, possibly leading to over-heating.
Don't you just love the way the board tells you what it is and where it comes from!
And the bottom one is fed from a 20A 3phase mcb with no other protection!
This is just one of the things I have spotted in the past 2 days after being asked to go round and 'check' for any obvious problems! I fear for what lies ahead in the days to come believe me!
