Grandee combi oil boiler ch water pump

hi all, I need to check the pump cos I get hw but when I switch to ch it seems the pump does not run. I've crawled all over roof space (a bungalow) but no sign of it. My previous house was not combi so pump was next to hw cylinder. Don't know where it would be in a combi. Could it be in with the boiler?

Not sure of your exact model, but in the photo below, it's inside the casing. I believe it has to be internal with combis due to their use of a heat exchanger to produce hot water

It's unlikely that the pump is causing the problem.

Diverter valve needs looking at IMHO
