sorry i jus doinmy apprenticeship and was a private job i got, i only spoke over phone so aint got much info, just wondered what to look for when going to look. doesnt sound like fan or pcb. maybe spark electrode ?! just wanted some advice really
get yourself a combi fault finding guide (viper make one to go in the viper books, like the corgi book you may have) follow your basic sequence of operations and you should find the fault.
only after a bit of advice lads, yess if i get there and i aint got a clue i wont do it, i aint stupid but i changed thermocouples and air pressure switches and that before.
please keep away from it until you are more experienced, DONT GET INTO BAD HABITS NOW! you ve got a good job, dont blow it before you start. do the job by all means, but have someone corgi registered with you, someone registered to work for themselves too, a company registered engineer will not have a leg to stand on doing a pj out of business hours
