Grasslin Towerchron QE2 - keeps resetting

Just moved into a house.. everything working fine for 4 weeks .. now every so often.. not sure how long yet... the controller appears to be resetting itself, and the hot water and heating turn off...

I've had to "reset" and start again... before the water and heat will come on. Which is not looking good for the cold winter months ahead..

Got a "Megaflow" system attached .. why does the controller keep resetting.. is it indicating an issue elsewhere in the system.. boiler/megaflow ? pressure is good on the expansion tank/valve 1.5 .. Potterton boiler fires up and heating works when the controllers working...

Help !!! will replacing the controller fix the issue... or do you think it's more of a system issue ?

Are you switching the power off to the programmer? Are you having powercuts?
Sounds like no battery back up, change programmer
