I have an old Mira 88 shower which I'd like to replace but don't want to change pipework. Bought a Mira Gem 88 today but pipes need to come in from behind whereas I want to use existing drop down pipes. It's an old house and would be awkward to change. Can anyone suggest another type of shower compatible with old Mira 88 or another way round this? Luckily, B&Q will take back Mira Gem.

the mira gem 88 will replace the mira 88. thats what it was designed for.
remove the 2.5mm grub screw on the rear of connectors and they can be moved for pipework from above.
just be careful with the o rings when removing the connectors.

;)
