Greenstar 12i / 24i system condensing boiler with no pressur

Hi all, I hope someone can help with my question.

I had a leaky radiator on ground floor and now all radiators on 1st floor seem to be running at just one third full. My greenstar 12i / 24i condensing boiler pressure is showing zero but without error lights flashing and I'm not sure if I can safely refill system without a professional. If it's ok to try and diy, can you please give step by step info as I can't see details within instruction manual. Original installation plumber is absent when needed.

open filling loop under boiler (prob braided flex) untill dial ( bottom right of boiler) shows 1-1.5bar then turn off. If you have a WB filling link then just pray for an engineer coz I cant be a*sed explaining this procedure!
