Help! worcestor Greenstar 12i System

We have a worcestor Greenstar 12i System and it isn't working. When we turn it on all the lights go on then they immediately all go out, the boiler will then work for a bit (still no lights) then turn off again. The pressure is below 1. Our landlord isn't being very helpful and we are freezing! Any ideas?

Greenstar blue light should be on all the time, irrespective of the status of the boiler heating/hot water demand.

Stop paying the rent. That will concentrate the landlords mind.
