can anyone help please. Problem only occurs when the weather is very cold like now. The boiler fires, fan works etc. Then a few seconds later an auful vibrating noise, the fan stops as does the boiler. But th epump keeps working. Only installed 6 months ago the installation guys just tells me it is a known fault but offers no solution or other help. Lots of electric heaters everwhere but would like to have heating and hot water at the moment we have none.

i agree. get used to it it will freeze everytime it goes cold
