Hi Guys,
Pretty much as the title says really! When shower is powered up it goes through the usual 45 seconds or so ritual of making a few noises while 'wait' is displayed on the remote, then it goes to 'service 30' and won't do anything more. I've gone into the service menu and done the 'inlet v' priming and water comes though no problem but still doesn't work.
Thanks for any help!

Service 30 is the switching unit inside the main unit is faulty/broken.

Affraid it's a call to grohe.

Thanks for that, unfortunately it's out of warranty although I do have a couple of other broken units with different faults so was wondering what I could swap around inside...

The others have different faults so maybe I could cobble a working one together - don't suppose you know what the switching unit actually is?

Here's a photo of the inside - looks fairly simple to exchange parts!
