I've just finished grouting my shower cubicle using 'Bal White Microflex grout', would anyone recommend sealing the grout and if so, what product would you use?

personally i would use Lithofin grout protector

do you know, can you put this sealant on at anytime after tiling? I only just heard about it recently but my kitchen tiles have been on for a month. I wasn't sure if it was something you have to put in when mixing the grout or what?
