Just had a go at getting the light grey grout between my kitchen floor tiles clean again. I tried lightly sanding a section of the grout and it has come up a treat. However, before I consider doing the whole kitchen, I want to seal the grout afterwards. Any recommendations for a good brush on sealer? Not going to the extremes of removing the old grout as we are just trying to get the house ready for selling.

I don't know. We have tiles with gray grout and it's been down 20 years and no problems. Gets mopped once a week.
Even the white grout in our bathroom is fine so I don't know why some people need a sealer and others don't.
If you feel you need one then go for it.

It's quite a rough grout and seems to trap grease and oil etc which just makes those areas look dark. I think I have found something though. Thanks for the reply.
