GRP valley support

No felt support tray on the side that’s already been slated?

I know a bloke who went through a grp valley I think that might be part of the reason for manufacturers insisting on some timber support.

Some say board some say not necessary but liftfan has already got the answer he wanted to hear :-

Whilst the tray will happily support itself, the risk is of puncture and that is the reason for the boards.

As for the other mistake, the felt support tray was put on top of the fascia ok. But it was put under the fascia vent. The felt is then over the vent. The result is the vent is blocked along it’s length. Whoops!
He’s going to fix that.
