Grundfos Alpha 2 & Alpha 2L

Does anyone know what the difference is between the 2 pumps?
Which one came our first?
Which one is the Best?

I just bought the Alpha 2L then realised that there is a Alpha 2 which has a few more LED displays on it !!!!!

The Alpha2 came out first. The only difference is that the Alpha2 does not have the Autoadapt and Night Setback features. Very few domestic installations will ever use the Night Setback, so that's no loss. As for Autoadapt, there have been reports that it does not always work, so Grundfos may have dropped it.

I can't see any reason for you to change your Alpha2L to the Alpha2.

My Alpha 2L does not have the night setback feature,
I think you have got them mixed up?

My Alpha 2L 15-60 just has the basic features on the front, ie it does not display the 5w for example.

Sorry, should have proofread more carefully. The L means Limited features.

I have also found out since the last post that the Alpha 2L is the latest model.
