I currently have no hot water , I have checked the boiler an ideal icos he15 , the display says 0 so I don't think its a problem with the boiler . I also switched it off overnight and switched it back on again this morning and the ignitition came on and heated the water , but it only went as far as the alpha 2l pump , should there be a light on the pump if there is power but not running e.g. like a standby light ? I have also checked the 3 way port valve and this seems to be working ok .

Thanks muggles , turns out it is the 3 way port system . Ive managed to get it working for now . Got a plumber coming to replace it later today.
