Ideal icos HE15 - No power

I have an Ideal icos HE15 boiler that has been in for approx 4 years without any faults on problems. Yesterday we suddenly lost hot water and when I checked the boiler the display is blank. I have checked that there is power to the on/off button on the boiler and this is working, and when the programmer is switched you can hear the boiler working, however the display remains blank and we can get no hot water or heating?

Does anyone know how to resolve this problem, is there an internal reset or fuse that I can change?

Any help would be appreciated.
