Grundfos Alpha+ Pump Pulsating

I am looking at why my heating is not getting very hot in quite a few areas of the house and I have noticed the pump is pulsating. It is a Grundfos Alpha+ pump and would like to know if the pulsating sound is normal for this pump? The LED on the side pulsates and you can hear the noise from the pump on occasion. I think it is set on speed III

If it is to be replaced do you have any recommendations? I would probably go for something that doesn't need the pipework changing
