I have UHF that has not been on before, the Grundfos pump has a red light that indicates its blocked. I have followed the procedure of turning and pressing the screw on the impeller, but no luck. I had to make a right angled screwdriver due to access issue. My question is I know I can remove the front of the pump with the 4 Allen bolts, to clean it, but do I need to isolate or drain down, as the flow out does not seem to isolate? There is the red tap and on the left side in the dark of the picture there is a blue tap. But the flow out of the bottom of pump does not isolate.

Thanks
