Gully riser

Hi

I'm relaying a patio that has a small gully in the middle. The new patio will be approx 100 mm higher than the old one. The gully has a metal access point and is 225mm bore. I've been looking for a riser or extension piece but have drawn a blank online and at all my local trade counters. Does anyone have any ideas where I can get one from?

I have considered building up the gully with concrete, but I see this as a last resort...
