I have the end garage in a row of six, at my end I have the down pipe for the whole rows guttering. Nobody clears their gutters so my garage gets flooded near the door everytime it rains. The big question is "do I need the gutter bit at my end?" At the back of the garage their is no guttering and it is bone dry, all the other two rows of garages have no guttering, so do I really need it?

I think I'll have a go at cleaning the gutter, although I'm not great on ladders. I'm going to try out one of those gutter hedghog things. However I think the problem lies with the other garages not being cleaned. My roof will probley need replacing in a couple of years but I know the garage next door has definatly got a leaking roof.
