guttering ends for my conservatory and wardrobe runners

Hi does anyone know where i can get the ends for this conservatory guttering (see picture) i have tried the usual B&Q Homebase etc with no joy. i have only just moved into the house so dont know who the manufactorer was.

Also i am looking for wardrobe runners like the the one shown in the other picture. The house was built in 1999 so prowting homes who built the house do not have them anymore

Can you post full pics of the conservatory inside and out? Someone may be able to recognize the make
