Guttering recommendation for flat roof extension with large overhang?

Hi I am having an extension with a flat roof and skylights and wondered what the best option would be for a guttering system on this type of roof ( warm room, GRP). ? Any suggestions welcome but would prefer no external facing gutters.

Kerb all around with internal downpipe and balcony outlet?
The obvious disadvantage is maintenance and concealing the down-pipe.

Fit the gutter and finish the edge as per a normal flat roof arrangement, then extend the soffit and fit the fascia on the front edge to hide the gutter. A drip/flashing needs to be fitted to the back of this fascia into the gutter to prevent rain entering the soffit. Your extension designer should detail this.
