Hager MCB Product Recall

I have had paperwork from Hagar. Filled it out. THEY sent me the MCB I need to replace. Reimbursement costs included in paperwork.

I don't need them to replace faulty ones, but need them to fit for a new job. I heard they are replacing the faulty ones before issuing general stock back to the wholesalers, but not sure if this is true?
