Hello ,

I have the above boiler it is leaking water from the overflow on the left hand side of the boiler also its leaking into the drive , does the pressure relief valve need replacing if so is it straight forward or do i have to drain the boiler down. Thank you.

There is a reason its leaking, have your boiler serviced .

You would need to drain down to change prv if that is the only problem. But since when did having to drain down make something more difficult. More time consuming? Yes. But that has no bearing on the difficulty of replacing the part. Get a pro in.
