Hi have a problem with my combi when switched on the boiler fires up for 20 seconds then goes off for twenty seconds then goes on for twenty seconds and so on and so on this is in hw mode and in ch mode as such cannot get any hot water any ideas anybody ?

Yes when was it last serviced
probably needs a good service the service instructions must be followed you need an rgi
Hi thanks but the boiler was serviced in oct rang the company but. they are busy till feb .

Well , that's great customer service , busy till feb? , yea alright , what's wrong with the engineer looking in on way home from work like most of us would do?
I'm not for one minute saying it's the engineers fault , just the way they conduct themselves , unless of course your a PITA customer.
