my daughter has a halstead boiler, and is experiencing a problem with the hot water. the water goes scalding when taking a shower, this also happens through the tap but doesnt seem to happen as often. also the pressure keeps dropping but thers does not appear to be any leaks. any suggestions?

More info would be helpfull such as make & model of boiler Combi - System Heat only ? ...not much to go on so far!
