Halstead Finest Problem

Hi all,
I've done a search and i dont think this topic has been previously covered.

My CH is working fine, if it is on timed or constant it will fire up no problem. I'm having trouble with the hot water. The pressure is fine and the water flow coming through the taps is fine too.
For some reason when the hot water tap it on, the boiler does not do anything,, it does not work if the CH is off or on.

Does anyone have any ideas what the problem could be.

Diaphram or flow switch.

most of the time it is a diaphragm, we charge about £80 to change one in hartlepool.
