Hand sawing 3.6mm plywood

I have a piece of 3.6mm thick and 607mm by 1220mm wbp ext plywood and need a hand saw to cut the whole length accurately.
I have read about splintering but never had the need to cut plywood accurately before, any advice on the type of hand saw required for 3.6mm plywood and what care I need to take when actualy sawing would be gratefuly received.
