hanging a door - door is proud of liner

Hi All

First house, first few doors.. This is the fourth door I've hung now and I've run into a problem. The door swings nicely and isnt hing bound however the issue i have is the door at the top and bottom on the hinge side is proud of the door liner. It is on the other side (latch side) too but I was less concerned about that. At the middle point of the door, its flush with the liner, as you would expect.

Can anyone advise why this would be?

is it a fire door fitted into a liner that previously held a thinner door?

Just realised, the door is bent. Dropped a 6 foot level against it and it shows its bowd in the middle.

School boy error as they say.

If it's not too much a hinge fitted in the centre may pull it out .
