Hanging a punch bag in my shed (apex roof)

Hi,

My son is wanting a punch bag, he doesn't have the space in his bedroom but I have a 12ft x 10ft garden shed with an apex roof and was wondering if its possible to hang a punch bag from the roof if I used some sort of extra support?

If you can put up a sheet of ply or osb on the ceiling it will help spread the stress.
