Hanging Canvas Prints - Screw or Nail?

Hi,

Daft question but has anybody got any views on the best way to hang canvas artwork.

I have a few fairly small canvases (16" x 16") to hang on a plasterboard wall and was thinking about using a couple of plugs/screws per canvas. They are not very big through and I thought it might be easier just to use nails but not sure whether this will be secure enough.

Any views would be appreciated.
