hard wood floor cleaning

i sanded my pine wood living room floor and used fiddes hardwax oil to finish
i had my house rewired and the electricians ruined to floor, as they did not use dust sheets, they had to chase the walls for new wiring, and the walls have black mortar inside, this went all over the floors and it look ground in.
how do i get the floor back to the way to the way it was, besides suing the electricians

Remove wax with paint stripper and wide scraper and clean with white spirit and then re wax, long messy business.

Yes i am agree with foxhole. Really it is a big task to get back your floor.
