Our oak floor is looking dirty and needs a refresh. Can anyone recommend the best way, I am thinking of applying some hardwax oil remover (Save sanding and mess), quickly sand the floor to smooth out (Whats the lowest grade you go to? 240 or 120?) then reapply 2 coats of hardwax oil.

Also what do you guys recommend for a hardwax oil remover?
What hardwax oil do you recommend, im thinking of using Blanchon satin natural.

Thanks

I used a paint stripper to remove wax on floor which was to be varnished so every trace of wax needed removal, found a wide scraper with stripper worked well then cleaned with wire wool and white spirit to avoid raising the grain.
Look at the Osmo range of wax and oils.
If it's not too bad you might be able to just use a wax cleaner and re-coat.
