I'm de-weeding my front path a bit at a time with an old cussion and an old kitchen knife ( sitting on my bum scraping all the cracks out between the slabs )..
there are lots of tufts of grass that have heads on them and it looks like nice grass so I'd like to keep the seeds off it to fill in some bare and thinning patches on my lawn ( not to mention the ones that I'll be making by digging out all the dandelions this weekend.. )..
they look kind of brown though ( like most of the grass at the moment ).. is it dead or can the seed still be used?
