Please can someome help as I am at my wits end?
I removed the toilet on Sunday so I could tile behind and I decided to give it a good clean and replace the inner flush mechanism.
I bought a kit from B&Q and then spent the next hour trying to understand the instructions.
I eventually managed to fit it and put the toilet back together. I was pleased with myself that it only had a small leak which I have fixed.
However, it does flush but there isn't enough power to flush any solids away.
Also the float catches the other large part(whatever that is called).
Is there another kit for smaller cisterns? All the videos on YouTube seem show there should be a lot of room in the tank?
If so what do I ask for and where do I get one?
