I'm having Laminate fitted and it's the click/lock together type "Click2Click"
I was wondering is it ok for this kind of laminate to be fitted without the need for any glue at all?
Also I would appreciate any advice regrading which way I should ask joiner to lay it?Horizontal or vertical?
I'm having the same flooring throughout the flat.
Thanks.

no laminate ever needs glue in it, the only time glue is needed is for very old style engineered flooring/parquet.
about the way, if the room is exactly square you you can lay it whatever way you want. if it's a rectangle , than you lay it in the direction where it's the the narrowest for better finish. but the guy who's laying it for your will know what's the best way to do it...
