I measure my radiator at 750mm wide by 700mm tall.

Looking at Screwfix online and they only seem to come in 400, 500, 600, 700, 800 etc wide.

Do I have a stupid weird size rad which will cost way more than a regular size?

If so is there any way I can extend the fittings say for a 700mm wide to fit the 750 wide gap between the existing pipework?

Man I hate owning this house...

you can get extenders

try plumb center

also I have used a balofix to extend a small rad replacement and it works great and you can isolate the rad its self later

RADSON make rads 750 wide but either 600 or 750 tall. Searh for your nearest stockist.

Myson used to do rads that size. I think Plumbing Trade Supplies do them.

Or another suitable extender is a drain off:

I find cheap ballofix valves stems leak on CH.
