There's a bit more to TV reception via an aerial than simply having a new aerial. It has to be the correct type of aerial for the signal spread you're receiving. With an unsuitable choice, it's possible to have too little signal on some channels, or even too much. Both situations can cause the TV to report "No signal".

Did you have HD reception on the previous TV? Has anything else changed? Is the aerial signal running through the Sky box before it gets to the TV?

There are some simple things to try that can help narrow down where the issue might be. As @sparkymarka says, lets start with which transmitter. Have you tried anything yourself so far to isolate the possible cause. Have you tried swapping back to the old TV or any other HD-capable receiver to see if the results are the same?

Lots of questions, I know. But trying to diagnose remotely means working in the dark until the owner adds some info.
