have drained the system ( microbore gravity fed with pump) to fit new radiator. All rads heat up with the exception of the heat sink rad next to the immersion tank - any ideas why its not warming up - I have bleed the rad although bleed valve is located in bottom entry port as pipe enters at top?? - so its not going to bleed out air anyway!

you have an airlock in the pipe that needs to be moved. You can't bleed a radiator from the bottom as air rises! If no air vent at top of radiator then fit one (change plug for air vent) or split the nut.
