On my spec on a job just noticed that it has i am to heat test my pipe work ?????? am I not sure what this means any help please guys

the architect put it on the spec
but i have got an email from the a company. so not 100% it came from him

As far as I'm aware it's just running the boiler and pipe work up to maximum operating temperature.
