Heateam Breakdown Plan Query

Hi Folks,

Hopefully I've posted this in the correct place?

I have a Potterton Ultra 2 system boiler. It's working fine just now but as it's 10 or 11 years old and we are getting into the colder months I'd like to take out a breakdown plan just in case!

Unfortunately I haven't had the boiler serviced for the last few years. Money was tight at the time and we cancelled our BG Homecare plan as we had never had to call them out.

Does anyone know if Heateam will take on our boiler without it having been serviced?

at 10 yrs old I dont believe they will regardless of the servicing. Look at the terms and conditions on the heateam website.

BG will take it back on, regardless of age, providing it is all working when they come to check it. Any problems identified would be chargeable.
