Saga of bathroom continues! (see earlier posts).
Have a new problem, grateful for any help.
Electrically heated towel rail normal on all the time has recently got too hot to touch (previously you could quite safely put your hand on it but not any more). Have turned it off, just in case, guess these things have thermostat control - any thoughts - is it safe to use - can it be repaired?
