Heater fault on ford focus?

1.6 Zetec 03 plate heater on 1,2 and 3 not working works fine on 4 aircon lights up on 3 but fan not moving??

Resistor block gone open-circuit.
Used to slow the motor down, not needed in 4

Yeah, seems pretty simple to do.
