Heating comes on with water

If as I suggested the op turns off switched fuse outlet then the entire heating system should be dead, but point taken.

Op after turning off switched fuse remove fuse as well! When opening wiring centre test brown and grey to 3 port valve head are showing no voltage before removing :wink:
