Heating control courses

Peeps,

Can anyone recommend a heating control course, just been made redundandant and need to up my skills on heating control. Used to do industrial electrical maintenance but now having to take on more domestic so would like to get ahead of the game just in case. Any good manuals etc would be helpful.

yeah but it's honeywell only isn't it? surely they wouldn't train you to use their competitors control gear?
 
Honeywell is taken as the industry standard for all domestic control wiring.

Even their competitors controls are wired up just the same ;)

don't matter who it is drayton, honeywell you can either wire heating controls or you can't.

and 50% of sparks can't diagnose faults on them. :rolleyes:
 
I reckon the percentage is higher than 50%!
My firm have had sparks that've lasted a matter of hours before they'v quit!
