Can anybody tell me if you can buy a 7 Day 2 Channel Programmer for the hot water and heating, such as the Honeywell ST9400C but also with a inbuilt thermostat control so i can program different heating temperatures at different times. I have seen the Honeywell 7 day programable thermostats but am i right in saying these will only do the heating and not the hot water. I want to use this unit instead of my current time control/7day programmer and wall thermostat.

You cannot buy programmable thermostats which do both heating and hot water. The main reason is that the CH temperature sensor is built into the unit but the HW sensor will have to be on the HW cylinder.

The normal solution is to relocate the existing timer near the HW cylinder and use it just for HW times - which rarely change. Then install a programmable thermostat for the heating.
