I think I'm probably dreaming here, but anyone got any ideas on how to heat flagstones WITHOUT LIFTING THEM UP?

Blown air from skirting?
Dig underneath?

Thanks!

Light a fire on top o_O

Of course you've got to lift them.

You can also dig out the base, add DPM and insulation, and relay them level. You may be able to turn them over for a flat floor, or buy salvage replacements for the ones you break.

While you have them up, see if the water pipe runs under the floor and needs replacing.

Run your underfloor heating and lay laminate on top. Not helpful I know, but imagine the surprise when someone from homes under the hammer lifts the laminate in 20 years time!

There's no shortcut I'm afraid. They need re-lifting and sorting or covering over, but this will impact door(s) threshold(s).

or slippers

Infrared panels. They heat the objects in the room rather than radiating heat themselves

They are probably damp, which you will also not cure until you dig them out.

A draught excluder on the outer door would go a long way to keeping things warm - there appears to be enough room to sail a ship under
