Hi there,

We turned on our heating the other day for the first time since summer and the radiators are not working. The light flickers on for 2 minutes on the boiler and then turns off.

The boiler is: Britony Combi 100. Manufacturer: Chaffoteaux et Maury.

Are there any simple steps I should follow to diagnose the problem?

FYI, this may be a red herring as you guys may have other suggestions but I followed the fault finding guide in my boiler user manual and they suggest that the DWH flow switch should be replaced.

If it is the case that I should replace this then I will like to purchase it and pay for it to be fitted by a professional so that I can avoid a call out charge.
I would like to know what does a DWH flow switch look like, where can I locate it on the boiler and where do I order one?

Thanks!
